Each listing should contain measurements for that particular item. If you need a slight variation (eyes set closer or further apart) that is no issue! Just message us beforehand so we can customize your mask for you!

Care instructions

For leather items:
Avoid water, especially with the larger masks.
Soaking your item will remove most of the sculpting and may result in shrinking and hardening of the leather. Masks and cuffs are lined with felt to absorb sweat and a light coating of water resistant spray is added to large masks. It is fine to use a very lightly dampened cloth to clean your mask if necessary.

For polymer clay items:
Avoid spraying item with perfumes or hairspray as this can result in the piece becoming sticky. Clean with a damp cloth as needed.

We are no longer able to offer full customization.

Shipping times to various locations

Does not include time to complete items, check shipping profile:

Jewelry: 2-3 business days.

Masks: Regular Parcel, tracked and insured up to 7 business days.

Jewelry: 5-10 business days.

Small masks : 5-10 business days.

Tracked and insured on larger masks: 5-10 business days .

XL masks (nautical giant, XL plague or Cthulhu) 5-10 business days.


What about Halloween orders?

Halloween is the busiest season of the year and wait times may go up. We highly recommend ordering in September to be safe, but we take orders for in stock items up until October 20th or so for shipping to Canada and the USA.
Rush shipping is available but usually costs more than the item itself, this is out of our control.
Orders outside of Canada/USA should message us for options, most overseas orders can take 20+ business days to arrive.

To prevent any issues or delays, please make sure you’ve measured carefully 🙂 sizes are in descriptions and measuring diagram is in the photos.

Packaging and shipping costs

Whenever possible, we reuse packaging to save you money. Even if we have to use new materials, the price doesn’t change, and we don’t charge any handling fees.

Occasionally shipping an item will cost a few dollars less less than you’ve paid, at this point we refund overages.

For overseas, Mexico, central and South America we prefer using a courier. This may take extra time to ship (its nearly an hour trip for us) but usually includes insurance and tracking for our customers and an affordable rate. Please message us before purchase for a quote 🙂
